no. it's a skill-based prize competition. you answer a genuinely hard question to get in, and there's a free entry route on instagram open to everyone with equal odds. the skill gate plus the free route are what keep it a competition, not a lottery and not gambling.
do i have to pay?
no. there are two ways in and they go into the same draw with the same odds. you can buy tickets at €2.50 each (max 5), or enter free on instagram: like the official post, tag 3 friends in the comments, and repost it to your story tagging @quackcompetition. that's one free entry per person. every entry has the same odds in the draw, paid or free.
how is the winner picked?
everyone who answers the skill question correctly goes into the draw. the winner is drawn live on our socials (instagram and tiktok) with a random number generator at 8pm on 18 june, the night before the vip night. no mystery, no funny business.
when does it close?
entries close at 8pm, 18 june 2026. that's the deadline for both paid tickets and the free instagram steps, so get them done in time. the draw is 8pm on 18 june 2026.
do i have to be 18?
yes. strictly 18 and over, republic of ireland residents only. you'll need valid photo id to claim the prize. if you're not 18 yet, sit tight, more quacks are coming.
